CNC Programmer /Machinist
Our wheel manufacturing company is seeking a CNC Programmer with experience programming 3 axis CNC mills and UR10 Robots. You will develop new CNC programs for production runs or modify existing programs for different machines. During the manufacturing process, you will perform quality checks with the machine operator to ensure the program is producing parts according to specifications, making manual adjustments if necessary. You will also work with the management to look for product modifications that might reduce the amount of material or fabrication time. This position will entail a creative person to design unique parts. This person must be fluent in Fusion 360 , fixturing and understanding Haas machines. ST25, ST35, VF2, VF5SS.

CNC Programmer Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop CNC programs for production runs
- Analyze drawings to determine dimensions and to choose cutting tools, machine speeds, and feed rates
- Modify existing programs for different machines
- Maintain tooling database
- Make manual program adjustments as necessary
- Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process
- Daily maintenance on machines
CNC Programmer Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Completion of a technical or associate degree program a plus
- Experience programming 3 axis CNC mills and UR Robots
- Fluent in Fusion 360
- Basic math skills
- Self starter
- Problem solver
- Team player
